I need to get a grip on reality. I’m out from 9.00 in the morning till 9.45 at night. What used to be a feeling of thorough monotony has now turned to downright lack of feeling. I am aware of days and nights, but I don’t really know how many hours or days have passed, or where the time goes. I don’t feel the days passing by, and at the same time they pass by too slowly. I never know what day it is. I’m basically in a region of unidentified motionlessness, like I’m in a bottomless sea and everything is moving at a snail's pace. At the same time I feel like an ant – work, work and more work, with no sense of what else is going on around me. But in the meantime, I’m getting a lot of work done. I’m also worried that if I do happen to doze off, I will sleep so deeply that I won’t wake up for a week. Luckily tomorrow is the last workday this week, and I shall get some sleep. Just wanted to pop in and say how its going. Hope all you angel face cutie pie njooli njoolis are doing ok :)

yooooooooo! miss u njoooli (sounds african lol, swhili wannabe lol) lool..my sleep's messed up too ! started a bad cycle of sleeping in afternoon on saturday cos obviuosly u sleep so late fri nite (wknd in this part of the world for those who dont know). shit just had to do someone a huge favour and go into a room full of 50 guys getting hepatitis shots,ohmygoddd! all staring, typical arabs lol, nearly died! hey...he's a guy! he shoulda dunnit! damn, maybe he even shyer than me..or..lol wont go there. divert topiccccc,hehe anyway, i ws saying..so id take an afternoon nap on sat and wouldnt be able to sleep at night so im tired the next day and the same thing happens till the end of the week. i been doing this every week and cant get out of this cycle!!!! dammit. anyway, whatelse is going on w u? sorry, too exhausted to call anyone, luv uuu xx
just remembered something, since ur tired at work and stuff cos of the sleep disturbances, eat lots of carrots,sunflower seeds (they taste ok), pumpkin seeds,sesame seeds, eggs, almonds, walnuts, pecans. all of these help with memory. :)
wow! thanx babe...yeh i know what u mean about the cycle, im getting in one cuz of a late night a few days ago..it'll take a few days to get back on track...just have to force myself to stay awake...
